Iwahig prison in Philippines is a unique place in the world. Prisoners are free., no wall, no bar. Murderers, rapers, live in bungalows in the middle of palm trees. They are 4 000 and some even live with their families. No one escapes from Iwahig. One one side is the ocean, on the other the mountains and the jungle and malaria.
