CONCERT DE L’ORCHESTRE NATIONAL DU CAPITOLE
A l’occasion de l’inauguration de la ligne BduMétroToulousain l’ONCT et son chef Tugan Sokhiev sont filmés au cours d’un concert gratuit et retransmis en direct depuis la placedu Capitole. L’événement musical est à n’en point douter exceptionnel. Le 30juin 2007, l’Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, l’un des meilleurs actuellement, offre, sous la baguette de son jeune chef de renommée internationale, Tugan Sokhiev, un concert unique, ouvert au plus large public. Le répertoire choisi, à la fois accessible et de très haute exigence musicale, déclinera avec maestria des pièces remarquables et notoires de Bizet,Saint-Saëns,Tchaïkovski, Strauss, Stravinsky, Brahms, Moussorgsky, etc
On the occasion of the Toulouse metro’s inauguration of it’s Line B, the ONCT (National Orchestra of the Capitol of Toulouse ) and its leader Tugan Sokhiev are filmed during a free concert and live broadcast from the Place du Capitole.
The musical event is undoubtedly exceptional. On June 30, 2007, the National Orchestra of the Capitol of Toulouse, one of the best in the world, offered a unique concert, open to the largest of audiences, under the baton of its internationally renowned conductor, Tugan Sokhiev. The chosen repertoire, at the same time accessible and highly demanding musically, of remarkable and notorious pieces such as Bizet, Saint-Saens, Tchaikovsky, Strauss, Stravinsky, Brahms, Mussorgsky, etc., will be masterfully performed.
